With over 75 years of expertise to their credit, Rinnier Residential has established thoughtful planning, high-quality design and attention to detail as the hallmarks of their reputation.
Their latest creation, Rowen’s Mill, is arguably the greatest manifestation of this distinguished tradition (and one of the reasons Blair Rinnier is raising his family there). The highly customizable floor plans — all of them elegant and each unique in character and charm — are available as townhomes, villas or single-family homes. A closer look at each only begins to tell the story of this one-of-a-kind community.
Single-Family Homes
At 1,867 square feet, and base price of 349,000, the four-bedroom, three-bath Berkshire has plenty to recommend it, such as cathedral ceilings, a two-story great room, large kitchen, second-floor storage, two-car garage and an optional bonus room.
The Charleston, meanwhile, comes in at 2,211 square feet and also has four beds and three baths. It features a 22-foot great room, a formal living room, formal dining area, a first-floor office and a master suite with sitting area.
If you wish, the 2,525-square-foot Stafford can be upgraded to a full five bedrooms in addition to its three full baths. The master suite includes a sitting room, whirlpool tub and walk-in closet. Carrying a base price of $449,000, the Stafford can be delivered with cathedral, vaulted, tray or box ceilings — or all of them, actually, if that’s what suits your fancy.
With its intricate brick detailing, steeply pitched gables and arched windows, the Tremont is a classic that draws on many traditions. At 2,900 square feet, it gracefully accommodates its four bedrooms, three baths, formal dining area, formal living room, a great room with centered fireplace framed by tall windows and lovely French doors. Every amenity imaginable is available in the fully customizable Tremont, making for a home of true distinction.
“Magnificent” is the word that leaps to mind when describing the Wilshire. A staggering 3,941 square feet at base price, the Wilshire has about everything you can think of, including five bedrooms, four baths, formal living and dining areas, casual living and dining areas, a first-floor office, a cavernous great room and an optional media room.
The Townhomes
Replete with amenities and flourishes of sophistication, the Aston is a 2,000-square-foot townhome that may feel more like a villa or even a single-family home. It’s a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit with 9-foot ceilings on the first floor, a two-story foyer with chandelier and a great room with an optional gas fireplace. The spacious master suite features a walk-in closet and a large open-tiled shower with corner whirlpool tub and double vanity in the master bath. The unit also offers a walk-out second-floor skydeck off the master suite as well as covered front and rear patios, an oversized garage and a concrete driveway.
For those who crave what you might call an “Aston deluxe,” the show model is available and boasts $50,000 in upgrades, including granite kitchen countertops, steel-face appliances, a fireplace, paver patio, custom paint, wood throughout, a tray foyer ceiling, upgraded lighting fixtures and tiled kitchen backsplashes, and an elevator — yes, an elevator — all for only $349,000.
The Villas
There are three models of villa available at Rowen’s Mill, ranging in price from the mid-$300s to the low-$400s. The 2,000-square-foot Cataline, for example, also has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a first-floor master suite with a tray-ceiling, whirlpool bath and walk-in closets, a formal dining area, spacious great room, two-car garage and a bonus-room option that adds up to 600 square feet of useable space. This lovely home can be customized with many additional features, including a sunroom, sitting room, large media room, screened-in porch or second-floor master bedroom.
The Hastings, meanwhile, offers the same basic features as the Cataline but ramps up the space to 2,850 total square feet. The design provides a separate study in addition to the same bonus-room option available in the Cataline.
There are two special Hastings units available: The first is remarkably priced at $389,000 and includes a whopping $70,000 worth of must-see upgrades and incentives, including Corian countertops in the kitchen, granite in the bathroom, a Guardian security system, ceramic tile in the baths and sunroom and a brick patio. The other Hastings is also $389,000, but adds a skydeck and bonus room, making the home more like 3,000 square feet. The buyer also may choose all interior finish options for this unit.
A covered porch introduces you to Rowen’s Mill largest villa, the Raleigh. At 3,200 square feet, the Raleigh provides all the space you need to do almost whatever you want, including upgrading to five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood adorns the floors, with Carolina beaded siding on the exterior. The Raleigh includes an office, a playroom and the bonus-room option. But there’s more. You can also get a sunroom, skydeck, sitting room and second-floor master bedroom. The home includes a spacious two-car garage. Upgrades to brick or stone exteriors are also available.
But no matter which style you choose, all Rowen’s Mill homes come with tasteful landscaping packages, wood flooring in the foyers, fireplaces, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, recessed lighting, whirlpool tubs and stand-up showers, insulated garage doors and 30-year algae-resistant shingles. Sales Manager Brandon Ziska is there to hold your hand through the entire turnkey process, making what might otherwise be the biggest decision of your life a veritable walk in the park of your fondest dreams.
