ORGanization to Suit your Lifestyle

Tucked neatly away in a small industrial complex on Naylor Mill Road in Salisbury, you will find the unexpected. ORGanization Creations Inc., the brainchild of owner David Ingersoll, presents to his customers an elegantly appointed showroom that is indeed an extremely well-designed and organized showcase for his product. “We don’t just say that we are organized, we are organized. If we were not, we’d be out of business,” says Ingersoll. Vast numbers of incontrovertible customer testimonials available in his showroom rave about his product, professionalism and service.
The impeccably designed 2,000-square-foot showroom not only demonstrates the products and the vast combinations and styles that are available, but allows the customer to see Ingersoll’s creations in both residential and commercially styled room environments. It truly enables them to see the product as it might appear in their space. Fully functional closet systems, home and professional work spaces, pantries, laundry spaces, garages, mud rooms and other spaces come to life in the showroom. Flooring displayed in a multitude of coatings and textures is available for uses in garages, mud rooms and work shops. The possibilities of choices for ORGanization Creations’ products are limited only by the customer’s budget, desires and imagination.
As Ingersoll explains when discussing a reach-in closet system, “You first determine the space available. It’s basically a cube. Then you can determine the almost endless possibilities within that cube.” Ingersoll went on to demonstrate some of those possibilities and they were indeed vast. With choices to match every need and décor, a variety of wood and melamine finishes, metal fixtures, hardware and flooring are available to the customer. All of the products used by ORGanization Creations are chosen with an eye on responsible sustainability for our planet.

Continuing through the showroom and found in a warm, inviting library area, is the hub of the design process for Ingersoll’s customers, arranged in a comfortable conference room setting. The customer has the view of a large screen television where Ingersoll can project a 3-D image using a proprietary design program. Once the measurements have been made of the space the customer wants to design, Ingersoll goes to work to create a 3-D design specific to that space. The program allows the customer a 360-degree view of the space. It is in this part of the design process that the customer can change options to accommodate his or her needs. Once those options are chosen, a price can be determined. Ingersoll was quick to point out, “There are no hidden fees. The price the customer agrees on is the price the customer pays.” This, too, seems an incredibly streamlined and organized process. Ingersoll went on to point out several testimonials that included references to and appreciation of the reasonable price of his products.
Just outside of the library area hangs a schedule so that customers can see the dates their work will be started and the date the work will be finished. This, too, keeps with the organized theme of not only the product, but the process. “An average installation takes place within a one-to two-day period. The larger projects that include flooring take up to one week. There are no gaps in the schedule. Once we arrive on site we begin and complete the work on schedule,” explains Ingersoll.
Located next to the showroom are the manufacturing and warehouse facilities and the parking area for the state-of-the-art mobile workshop. “When we arrive on site to install our product, we arrive with all of our materials in our mobile workshop. It enables us to install our product efficiently and on schedule. Our installers never need to run to the hardware store or back to the warehouse to gather materials to complete the job for the customer. We bring it all with us and take it when the work is complete,” shared Ingersoll. It is the hub of the installation process and the center of the organizational nature which is the all-encompassing theme of the business. When Ingersoll discusses the efficiency of his installation process, it is most obvious that he speaks from immense experience.
